Mindfulness Program
Develop your capacity to be present and learn to embrace your experiences with kindness and acceptance
Mindfulness is the ability to intentionally direct attention to the present moment with an attitude of non-judgment, kindness, and curiosity.
Developing the ability to be mindful has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, help with depression relapse, and improve several indicators of overall well-being.
This quality of awareness helps you cultivate mental health, focus, and creativity.

“Mindfulness is a way of befriending ourselves and our experience.”
Jon Kabat-Zinn
What is the Mindfulness Program
The Mindfulness Program is a mentoring journey designed to support you in learning how to develop mindful attention and self-acceptance through awareness of your body, mind, emotions, and connections. The program supports you to develop your capacity to be present and less anxious and reactive.
Through learning mindfulness, you may gain clarity over unconscious internal processes, question and change the patterns that are ready to be transformed, and find a more authentic and balanced self-expression to ultimately optimize your relationship with yourself and others.
How the program works
The program is designed to take you on a journey of transformation through weekly practices of mindfulness and self-acceptance exercises. The minimum duration of the program is 12 weeks. During this time, we will meet once a week online for 1 hour and I will teach you different meditation methods and processes that build on each other.
The format guides you from exactly where you are gradually in a process of self-discovery and liberation, improving your mindfulness skills, your somatic and emotional intelligence, as well as your relationship with yourself and others.
If you are interested in the Mindfulness Program or would like to understand more about the different services I offer, please get in touch with me through email.
