Regenerative Learning is a framework I developed and use to design learning experiences for you to (re)member all your human intelligences, reconnect with your innate wisdom and bring forth your own flourishing as a human. As we move into the new era of AI, Regenerative Learning empowers you to learn of and live in your highest potential, rather than limited to your cognitive performance.
The invitation of this work is for you to realize and embrace your full potential. I mentor you in regrowing your somatic-intuitive intelligence, renewing your emotional-bonding intelligence, and restoring your cognitive-imaginal intelligence. The regeneration of these intelligences happens through the expansion of your consciousness (or spiritual) intelligence to awaken all other innate capacities that have been dormant, integrating them back into your wholeness.
The consciousness technologies I bring into this work to support your journey include mindfulness, interactive meditation, dynamic meditation, yoga, somatic breathwork, quantum human design, reflective inquiry, parts work, and many other contemplative practices.
By build a safe space for you to explore your Regenerative Learning, your own experiences (in)form you and allow you to know your full potential to flourish. It is by welcoming your wholeness and authenticity from a place of acceptance and trust that your decision-making process in life becomes increasingly more conscious and empowered.
I have more than 30 years of practice with meditation and other contemplative modalities of self-awareness. I dedicated my PhD at USU to research Transformative Learning, designing an online course for graduate students to engage in mindfulness as a self-care tool. I am certified as a mindfulness teacher by UC Berkeley in addition to being a yoga teacher, a somatic breathwork practitioner, and a human design specialist. I’m also trained in mindful communication and mindful leadership to bring applied mindfulness into the workplace.
